This is what I have for Teamwork Skills that I think are important. This is assuming that the individuals that make up the team have the skills to do the job.

My top ten Teamwork skills
Communication: This has to be the biggest problem that arises when two or more people need to work together. Keep team members posted when problems arise so they can adjust their plans or be able offer help.

Be a Participant: Sitting back and letting others carry the load and then expecting to share in the rewards has to bee the biggest killer of teamwork.

Meet deadlines to the best of your abilities and conditions: Life happens, but if your part is not done then work is slowed or comes to a complete stop.

Be prepared for meetings: Decisions are made at meetings; delays that are cause by not being ready can cause inaction to continue.

When disagreeing have concrete reasons: Clearly stating your reasons may provide insight to others.

Give and except constructive critiquing: Typical no one person has the best vision on how to achieve the goal, educate and be educated gracefully.

Encourage others: We all can get derailed, overwhelmed and confused; sometimes it just takes an inspiration from others.

Respect the views of others: There are as many opinions as there is people so broaden your vision to see the other possibilities.

Share resources: A lot of valuable time can be waste when others are reinvestigating the same needs.

Positive Attitude: The road can be long and hard or fun and exciting, it all comes done to how you look at it, attitude can be contagious.
